POTATO BHARTA

  • 6 potatoes
  • 2 green chilies minced
  • 2 onions minced
  • salt to taste
  • 1-2 tbsp of mustard oil

Boil Potatoes til soft. Mash Potatoes and add the rest of the ingredients. Mix well and shape it like a flat cake with a fork.

This goes excellently with Vindaloo.
